The Regulations for Preparation and Conduct of the Academic Year determine the terms and conditions for the organization of the academic process. They include basic sections such as the allocation of students into streams and groups, the development of curricula, the preparation of schedules for lectures/ seminars and examination sessions, and a system for the accumulation and transfer of credits. The Regulations also regulate ongoing assessment, extra-curricular work, examination conditions and procedures, the regulation of student status, the conditions for admission and transfer of students, teaching practice, the conduct of pre-graduate internships and state examinations, as well as the status of vice-deans, course supervisors, student demonstrators and matters relating to postgraduate studies.
