The Faculty of Medicine, Medical University - Sofia, has updated the formation and accumulation of credits for academic disciplines included in the curriculum for the Medicine degree programme in accordance with the "Ordinance on the implementation of a system for accumulation and transfer of credits in the higher education institutions".

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to register for an exam in the October resit session, you are required to send via email a payment document for a fee of 90 leva (per subject) clearly stating:

your name
your faculty number
the subject you are registering for

If you make payments through international money transfer services such as Revolut / TransferWise (Wise) etc., please ensure you send the official payment confirmation provided by the app or service, not a screenshot of the transaction. This confirmation should include details such as your name, payment amount, currency, date, recipient information etc.

Please be aware that the specific date on which you will sit your exam is determined by the student administration. This means that the exam date is not determined by personal preference and will be set according to the administrative timetable.

Please ensure you strictly follow these registration requirements.

Please note that the number of available places for the exams is limited. Once the limit is reached, no additional places will be available, and no exceptions will be made.

Dear Students,

Please pay attention that, according to the rules of the University, you are allowed to progress to the next academic year with not more than two failed exams from the previous one.

Students who have two exams scheduled on the same day may choose which exam to take. The remaining exam can be rescheduled for the paid October resit session.
